Our gourmet omelettes are soft and fluffy with a home-made look. Fresh or frozen, these gourmet omelettes are available in various formats and recipes: plain, cheese, herbs, mushroom, spinach and ricotta, and so on. Once reheated, they can be enjoyed as a main course accompanied by vegetables or a green salad, or they can be garnished with a multitude of ingredients, as you see fit. All our fresh gourmet omelettes are cooked in sunflower oil and made from alternatively farmed eggs: animal welfare cage-free, free-range or organic eggs. They come packaged in trays and ready to use.
Half-moon omelettes
So you can make a variety of balanced dishes, we also offer multiple recipes of our frozen half-moon omelettes: plain, cheese, herbs and more. These omelettes are ideal for quick service, as they can be ready in just a few minutes after reheating them in the oven or a warming cabinet.
Spanish omelettes
Last but not least, our Spanish omelettes with potatoes can add a Mediterranean touch to your menus. Transitioning to cage-free eggs
At Cocotine, we are in the process of fully transitioning to alternatively farmed (cage-free) eggs, in response to rising demand amongst consumers and professionals for products that are more ethical and more environmentally friendly. We have developed practices that provide for animal welfare, like our animal welfare cage-free farming, in which the hens have access to a winter garden and a bright, enriched space that encourages them to engage in natural behaviours.
Thanks to our farms’ locations near our production sites, our products boast reduced carbon footprints with unparalleled freshness. This strategy is the result of our goal of blending quality with sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Out of our range of fresh gourmet omelettes, 19 products are made with free-range eggs, 29 from animal welfare cage-free eggs and 21 using organic eggs! That way, you can offer your guests omelettes that are prepared with high-quality French eggs.
